Gotta lose my 10 extra pandemic pounds before I start working on my new job. Exercise and eating right is the ONLY way to lose my bigger cheeks. Both on my face and my backside!😂😂

Cut out the bad foods like sugar, white bread, potato, and white rice😫😫. You know that last one is super difficult for a Chinese foodie like me!!!! BUT since I started doing this, I have already lost 2 lbs! Also, eat smaller portions. Drink lots of water. 😁😁👏🏼👏🏼

What’s in this salad?


Arugula with fresh fig, raw cashews, cocktail cucumbers, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds drizzled with Mingmade balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Most delicious.😋😋


Tips:

- Don’t add white sugar to the dressing. Use allulose, coconut palm sugar or sugar substitutes. Also, don’t drown your salad in dressing. That’s where alot of the calories come from! -Eat slowly. You’ll feel fuller and more satisfied.
