Cut out the bad foods like sugar, white bread, potato, and white riceš«š«. You know that last one is super difficult for a Chinese foodie like me!!!! BUT since I started doing this, I have already lost 2 lbs! Also, eat smaller portions. Drink lots of water. šššš¼šš¼

Whatās in this salad?
Arugula with fresh fig, raw cashews, cocktail cucumbers, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds drizzled with Mingmade balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Most delicious.šš
Tips:
- Donāt add white sugar to the dressing. Use allulose, coconut palm sugar or sugar substitutes. Also, donāt drown your salad in dressing. Thatās where alot of the calories come from! -Eat slowly. Youāll feel fuller and more satisfied.
