Yes, I indulged. Did you? Pies, cakes, big meals. Thatās ok. Itās the holidays!š
But I always find the balance. I never say I donāt have time to workout. I know Iām on my electronic devices for hours! How many hours are you on yours?
BE HONEST!
See, youāve got time. Now you just need the motivation.
MULTI-TASK!
Do this for a week, every day. Pick ONE particular thing you do on your phone, computer, ipad or watching tv. Whether itās steaming a particular show. Or perhaps when youāre on twitter, instagram or tiktok. Maybe when youāre doing online shopping. Or your emails. Whatever task you choose, make sure itās one that you do every day.
Now, WenEver youāre doing that particular task on your devices, you HAVE to stretch and exercise while youāre doing that task! Youāll be amazed how often you can exercise!šš¼
Here in these pics, Iām reading a new script for a new project....and stretching and doing leg exercises. I donāt stop until Iām done with the script! Thatās a good long workout for me!
I have to tell you this. Like most people, I get lazy during my downtime, too. THIS rule of working out when Iām on my devices helps to motivate me.
You will feel really good afterwards. I know I always do! Plus, I got two things done at once!šš¼šš¼š„°ā¤ļø
