Get yourself a peelable erasable calendar so you can see your progress! I’ve already lost half a pound by cutting out all starches. (Bread, pasta, rice, potato, etc) This is one of my tricks to lose weight faster. Oh, ans sugar too. 😫It sucks!! I hate not eating rice or pasta! But when I get on the scale….Woohoo!
Figure out what you can eliminate from your diet. OR just eat smaller portions.
