Hair Care

Hair Care. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™ŒIf Iโ€™m home, Iโ€™ll slather all my hair with some essential oil (coconut oil works great too!). And when Iโ€™m talking about massaging it in, Iโ€™m saying you have to use your nails and give your scalp a good scratching massage! Get that blood flowing to the scalp! It feels sooo good! And make sure to get the ends too! This helps your hair growth! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Now, Iโ€™ve even run out to do some errands with my hair oiled up. It just looks like itโ€™s wet. (My hair is totally oiled up in this photo.) Leave that oil for how ever long you can before washing. An hour or more. Let those dry hair follicles soak in as much as they can. Then use a gentle shampoo. I love using my palโ€™s @wenbychazdean cleansing conditioner. But any gentle wash will do. Do this once or twice a week, or #wenever you can. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜Even once a month is better than not doing it at all. Youโ€™ll notice a big difference in your hair! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Especially right now in the winter, with the heat blasting inside our homes and at work. Smother your body with coconut oil too! ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ

Result photo! This lighting doesnโ€™t do justice to the shine and fullness my hair has now after the oil treatment. I also like doing the slightest trim using hair scissors & thinning shears. All I do is follow the lines from my hairstylistโ€™s cut and cut off a bit of the ends. Makes a world of difference! Let me know if you want a video of that next time. ๐Ÿ˜˜โค๏ธ
