Detox Soup

But then I made this soup! First time! It is so delicious and comforting, I forget Iโ€™m detoxing! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

The tang of lime, the sweetness of the purple potato, the zing of ginger the texture of the quinoa all mingling with other healthy, non-inflammatory ingredients. Carrots, celery, chicken, tumeric, garlic, and onions. I cooked it & posted it in stories. It took about 30 mins to make. Just follow my story to make it. Yeah, I know. only need 1 C of quinoa, and Iโ€™d actually would just cook quinoa separately and add to soup when serving. Otherwise, the quinoa absorbs all the broth & water! Not good!
