The tang of lime, the sweetness of the purple potato, the zing of ginger the texture of the quinoa all mingling with other healthy, non-inflammatory ingredients. only need 1 C of quinoa, and I’d actually would just cook quinoa separately and add to soup when serving. Otherwise, the quinoa absorbs all the broth & water! Not good!
